1. Are your product sizes standard? How do I choose the right size?
All of our products follow standard EU/Asia sizing (please choose or remove based on actual conditions). To ensure a proper fit, we recommend referring to the detailed size chart available on each product page before placing your order. The chart includes specific measurements such as garment length, chest circumference, and shoulder width. If you’re between two sizes, we usually recommend choosing based on your preference—opt for a smaller size for a slimmer fit, or a larger size for a looser, oversized style.
2. Are the sizes of shirts, sweaters, pants, and sets consistent across different collections?
In order to provide a consistent shopping experience, we try to maintain uniform sizing logic across all categories. However, due to different designs (such as slim-fit shirts vs. relaxed-fit sweaters), we recommend checking the specific size guide on each product page when purchasing from different categories.
3. What materials are your clothes made of? Will they shrink or pill?
We are committed to using high-quality fabrics.
- Shirts: Mainly made from high-thread-count cotton or premium blends, offering comfort and wrinkle resistance.
- Sweaters: Depending on the style, we use wool, cashmere, or eco-friendly acrylic blends that are treated to resist pilling.
- Pants & Sets: Focus on fabric drape and durability.
All product detail pages include detailed material composition and care instructions. Please follow the washing instructions on the label to maximize the lifespan of your garments.
4. How do I properly wash and care for these clothes?
- Sweaters/Knitted Tops: We recommend hand-washing or using a laundry bag for machine washing (select gentle cycle), using cold water and a neutral detergent. Lay flat to dry, and avoid hanging or direct sunlight to prevent deformation.
- Shirts/Pants/Sets: Machine or hand wash according to the care label. For dark-colored items, we recommend washing them separately the first time to avoid color transfer. It’s also advised to wash garments inside out to protect the fabric’s color.
5. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a no-reason return or exchange within [7 or 15 days, specify time] from the date of receipt. Items for return or exchange must be kept in brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging. For more details, please check our “Return & Exchange Policy” page.
6. What should I do if the product I received is defective?
Don’t worry! If the product you received has defects such as loose threads, holes, or stains, please contact our customer service within [48 hours, specify time] after signing for the delivery, and provide photos of the defect. After verification, we will offer free return or exchange services and cover the relevant shipping costs.
7. Can I purchase or return individual items from a set?
Our sets are sold as a complete SKU, designed to provide the most harmonious match, so individual item purchases are not supported. If you wish to return a set, both the top and bottom items must be returned together. If you want to keep one item, you can return the other and place a new order for the single item (if it’s available in stock).
8. How long after placing an order will it be shipped? How can I track my shipment?
Orders placed before [4:00 PM or specify time] on business days are usually processed and shipped the same day. Regular stock items are expected to be shipped within [1-3 business days]. Once shipped, you will receive a text message or email notification with a tracking number, and you can track the shipment in real time by logging into your account and viewing the order details.
9. Are your products environmentally friendly or sustainable?
We are committed to the sustainable development of the fashion industry. Currently, we have gradually incorporated organic cotton, recycled fibers and other eco-friendly materials into some product lines, and we are focused on simplifying packaging by using biodegradable shipping bags. In the future, we will clearly mark relevant certifications on the product pages, so you can shop with confidence and wear with peace of mind.
10. Will there be color discrepancies between the actual product and the website images?
We make every effort to present the most accurate product colors on the website through professional photography and lighting. However, due to differences in screen resolution and color display across devices (such as phones and computer monitors), there may be slight color differences between the actual product and the images, which is normal and not a quality issue.
