1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer shipping services to the following areas:

  • Shipping: Covers all areas nationwide (subject to the coverage of the logistics company).

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: After order confirmation, we will complete picking, quality inspection, and packaging within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Regular stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours after order placement; pre-sale items will be shipped according to the date specified on the product page.
  • Kind Reminder: Orders may experience slight delays during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Tracking Information
Once shipped, you will receive a text/email notification containing the tracking number and tracking link. You can also log in to the “My Orders” page on the soleviar website to track the logistics status in real time.

4. Signing for Delivery

  • Please make sure to inspect the package in person before signing for it, to confirm the package is intact and the items are correct.
  • If you find any damage to the package, missing items, or quality issues, please refuse the delivery on the spot and contact customer service. If you notice issues after signing, please contact us within [48 hours] and provide relevant proof.

5. Special Instructions

  • Set Products: Sets are shipped as a whole. If you need separate deliveries, please contact customer service in advance (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • Sweaters/Shirts: Some high-end collections may use independent gift box packaging. Please check the packaging integrity upon receipt.
